L’Institut pour la Gouvernance et l’Éducation Électorale (IGE) en collaboration avec les associations « AMI » du Rwanda et « EDENOS » du Burundi avec l’appui financier de la Coalition du Mouvement Nord Sud de Flandre 11.11.11 et de Broederlijk Delen de Belgique a procédé au lancement du Programme Bonne Puissance Grands Lacs (PBPGL) lors d’un atelier initial en faveur des Organisations de la société civile congolaise.
